Rebecca's Story - Meet The Solid Bar Company Founder.

Wow, what a journey it has been to get to this point (and perhaps one we wouldn’t have embarked on had we known!).

I'm Rebecca and with my husband Nick, we run The Solid Bar Company from Oxfordshire.
  

We came up with the idea for the company when we crossed the Atlantic on a 36ft sail boat, heavy bottles of shampoo and shower gel were rolling around and banging noisily against the inside of the boat.

It's then when I thought there had to be a better alternative to these heavy, water laden, leaking bottles and decided once we moved back onshore to formulate my own.

Mid-Atlantic our engine failed and we drifted for ten days before eventually reaching land.

Since that mid-Atlantic discovery, we've gone onto develop a broad range of multi award-winning products.

They are all highly concentrated with no added water, long lasting and fully biodegradable; our latest range being human standard grooming products for horses and dogs.
