Calming Chamomile Balm

I can have a lot of restless nights due to pain. This really helps to calm and soothe - while I use the muscle ease balm to ease my pain!! This is permanently by my bed. Highly recommend - along side with their muscle ease rub, their skin soothing and cuts & scrapes balms!

The sleep balm comes in a lovely little tin. Just rub some on your fingers and put it on your wrists, collarbones or on your neck. When you snuggle down to sleep the warmth from your body releases the most beautifully relaxing smell of lavendar. It's a calming smell , with just the right intensity. I have been using it for weeks now and there is still loads left. You really only need a small amount at a time. . I have recommended this to all my friends . I also use this at work. I keep one in my handbag and put it on my pulse points if I have a day when I'm feeling anxious or a little overwhelmed. It's very soothing in a noisy office or in a traffic jam when I start to feel irritable. It's a lovely product.

Perfect for my 8 yr old who has been having a hard time getting off to sleep lately with a racing mind - this applied to his wrists and temple seems to have helped him greatly.
